Its pointless complaining. The only people who aren't really excited about crowdsourcing is you because its killing your career. Clients love it, wanabees love it, people who went to design college but then had to go and work at KwikPrint and have always wished life had worked out better... they love it.
The importance of good design is simply not as important as designers have always maintained it is. Anyone can design. Anyone at all. There's good and there's bad, sure, but that's subjective. Anyone can do it. Anyone.
Give it up. This is the future. Retrain or starve.
