Thanks for all the responses. Some nice stuff here.
The "logic" for digital vs. analog has to do with seeking a human element that only the most talented can bring to the digital. While I realize many people mix the two, that's fine. A tool is a tool. But digital art is rife with cliches of slick keyboard shortcuts by people who can't draw a stick figure. I'm a painter as well as a designer. I want someone who can draw and think like a breathing artist, not a machine.
Excuse the rant. Bring on more samples.
