Agency I currently freelance for just referred me to a property developer client with 3-5 years of upcoming projects. He used to work in advertising a while back and said he knows what it's like to be chasing payments so to quote with full upfront payment before work and to add at least 10% on to printing costs. Said no need to show him my portfolio as I'm the only one quoting. After all the hassles I've had lately with unpaying clients it seems too good to be true.
