I've had a Tempur mattress for years now and don't like sleeping on anything else. Doesn't push any pressure points so less tossing and turning and rarely get pins and needles. Because there is no bounce you don't get disturbed if your partner is restless. But this also means you can't have lazy bouncy mattress sex.
