people want an easy solution to weight loss.
some magic pill they can take to shed pounds, or some simple device they can use while watching tv to get a six pack. lipo6, xenadrine, california diet... it's all bullshit.
what it really takes is hard work and determination. realizing you have to do SOMETHING is really the first step. it's a 70, 20, 10 combination of eating right, supplementation (think vitamins and minerals) and working out.
You absolutely have to help her. And by that I mean if she has to eat healthy, you eat healthy. If you don't live with her make it a point to take her healthy meals and eat with her. All the bad food in her kitchen... throw that shit out and monitor what she buys.
5-6 small meals per day.
Drink a ton of water.
30-60 minute walk every night.The Four Hour Body is a pretty solid book. Maybe start there?
