for us guys with youngins.
if it wasnt for this case my 2 1/2 year old daughter would have fried her iPad twice, caught her spilling water on it then rubbing the water all over the screen, 2 times (she has this thing with water).
she hadn't dropped it yet so not sure how durable the case is to dropping, but the case is a beast, its heavy, but your $700 investment will be relatively safe from the youngins. if you dont have an iPad for your kid I highly recommend it, great introduction to technology, not to mention there's a shitload of really good apps for educating toddlers. I first tried to teach her how to use a mouse on an iMac i gave her when she was 2 but she didnt know what to do with it, 3 months after the iPad she kicks me off my mac pro so she can go to her kid sites, she uses the keyboard and everything, my ex-wife trips out.
