It is a good and a bad idea.
Specially good if your missus is hot and you can get some in-between clients' action...I regret nowadays not seeing my missus much as I am most of the time at work... but it's down of how you are.
If you prefer creating some distance to keep things interesting, seeing your other half EVERY SINGLE DAY in the office will kill you.
Anyway about 10 years ago I used to work with the girl I was dating and it was crap. She would not ever get up early, and many times I found myself working till late on my own... if it would have been a purely business relationship I have gotten rid of her, but I couldn't because of the personal situation.
Also had a similar thing while working with one of my brothers...
