my deal is that everyone can be a photographer now... which doesnt necessarlyz mean everyone needs to be. With digital you fix it in post whch means your creating a false image in order to please what ever is popular at the moment. I shot digital before film, old canon rebel... but after a year or so i became disappointed that i couldnt get the look or feel that i wanted and so i sold it to my neighbor.
i think theres a certain amount of respect towards photography when you shoot film. your deciding to put more time and money into your photographs and it causes you to focus harder on your subject since your limited by the amount of photographs you can take...
ive sort of abandoned photoshop since i started shooting film year and half ago... i like the raw image i get, i don't see the need to fix them in post
