Creative Circle just mass spams you emails every day that you have to respond to. They rarely if ever work for you. Aquent is a bit different, you will get someone who will actually try and work with you to get you in to places. Although they have made a lot of corporate changes for the worse in the last few years that are making that personal approach next to impossible.
I also had some moderate success and the most personal attention with Syndicate Blue, but im not sure what markets they are in other than LA.
