good questions involve recapping the interview. you can then ask about the position itself more closely asking about the goals of the position, whom that position answers towards, what is the responsibilities of said position and what are the expectations.

you can also direct your studies on their company profile and ask towards the companies history, health benefits.. the questions can go on..

this is your time to interview the interviewer. there may be questions you have that you wanted to ask during the interview..

you can and always should recap with your interviewer and set a plan of action of asking for their contact info, and business cards.

if you ask no questions you are mostly placing yourself in a negative area as most interviewers are testing you to see what you can do.
