"Why not wait until next year’s fixed election date? We had, by law, a scheduled election date set for Oct. 15, 2012. Why not wait until then, save taxpayers $300 million and take the whole “coalition with the separatists” dynamic out of the equation?"
Pulling an election in 30 days is silly. Doesn't give anytime to look into any of the party policies. At least when you have a set date in the future you can mull over your options allow the candidates to speak, have an actual game plan laid out. Fuck it I won't vote in this election. Was uncalled for. waste of money. Makes me mad at all the parties involved; not putting the citizens best interests at heart at all. Seems all party ego related.
- Not voting seems silly, you should exercise your right to vote. Vote Green like me if you want to waste a vote. ;-)Andrew_D
- Elections are always held too quickly. Never enough time to make as informed a decision as liked.ETM
- Actually i'd sooner not vote. Then they can see how many people actually gave a shit. Will be less than 50% for surecanuck
- Kinda sad, though, isn't it? Rather indicative of our neighbours to the South.Andrew_D

- That's incredible and a reason why you should vote. You're canuck after all, even if you were born a Scouse Bastard.;-)Andrew_D
