So we should have the freedom to be slaves? Sounds awesome.
I think you ignore the fact that people can be forced into these kinds of "jobs" by economic circumstances, or simply by custom. Companies would probably love to make it standard for people to work for no wage to get their foot in the door, after all there is no real downside for them. More profits.
