if people want to work for free let them. Its a business arrangement between the employee and employer. Its not forced. If the employee is just working for free without planning on getting something valuable enough out of it to for go the wages, well they're idiots. and i doubt their services will be worth a damn.
But hey if laws come in forcing people to get paid. Pay them minimum wage and work part-time so no benefits are necessary. Should only bring down the salaries above the people higher if the minimum wages are working out.
