    I started training Krav Maga a year and a half ago and it's done amazing things for me. I could never stick to running or going to the gym for very long. For some reason Krav hooked me and I've done it 2-3 times a week ever since. I lost a bunch of fat, gained lean muscle, can fight like a mofo and have had a blast doing it. I would recommend it!

    The other thing I started this Jan is Tabata Interval training. Holy schnikes it's hard!
