I envy you I really do. I have been burning the midnight oil for well over a month now to the point where I really needed to figure out how i can sleep 4-5 hours a night and still not be a zombie.
Because even after i got a break and crashed I still didn't seem right.
I started using this http://mdlabs.se/sleepcycle/
Sleep cycle for the iphone, you put it in your bed and it pulls you out of sleep rather than jolts you out of bed. It really works.Then when I get home at 7 or 8pm I take an hour nap and then work again until 3 or 4 am.
This is a pretty good article on napping.
You may just need a nap to help you reset.
