The GH2 14-140mm lens is good too, it is optimised for video and has a stepless aperture for smooth changes while filming.
However it is cheaper to get the 14-45mm + the 45-200mm. They go for about £200 each and the 14-140mm goes for about £600. But you have the convenience with the 14-140mm.
Also the GH2 can shoot 40 images a second at 4mp! It's a very impressive cam.
Although I would also consider a canon t2i (550D), it will be bigger, but cheaper and the video is fantastic. But not quite as good as the GH2. But I don't know if you would notice unless they were side by side.
