    I wouldn't worry too much about any of these not working in small sizes. They aren't particularly large here and all work fine.

    Personally I like the first E, especially with the little hidden arrow. I think it is far enough away from Kinko's. different number of shapes, line-based vs transparent fills.

    Somehow those changes transform it to something more upscale and considered. The general public wouldn't confuse the two, especially if you foil stamp in either black, silver or go wild with a fluorescent.

    A is also a good choice and I can see it working. It does look a little like something woven loosely, so if you go that direction be ready with some post-rationalised marketing 'synergy' speech. :)
