i'm hoping print really dies off. i'm sick of having to deal with printing issues, colors not matching up, press checks. designing for web is so much easier. if you make a mistake you can instantly fix something. if you make a mistake on a print piece, you've got 10,000 units with an error on them and the client asking for a discount.
who needs brochures anymore? internet is so accessible nowadays. if they want to know anything about any product, they'll pull out their cell / ipad / laptop.
plus, it'll save some trees. goddam, i get so so much junk mail. that's all mailboxes are for... coupons & junk. people pay bills online now.
