  @itekisan The website Folha.com says that the driver asked for the bikers to let him pass. He drove for three blocks behind the bikers while honking the horn and touched one of the bikes. Then he slowed down, and when the bikers were a few meters ahead of him, he accelerated. I don't know if a situation like this could trigger a panic attack. Do you think it's consistent with the panic attackhypothesis that he touched one bike, and then slowed down before accelerating? This looks deliberate.
