Here are some thoughts, hope it helps. Keep at it!
The dragging is confusing and unnecessary. if you feel you have to do that sideways scrolling, consider using arrow buttons or the arrow keys. It def needs some type of indicator that there is more content, though. I barely saw your "click and drag" instructions.
Also, try starting with an actual project image. The big black box with white text is just unattractive, and does nothing to enhance the display of the project.
Lots of weird layering issues on your about page. It's too wide. and your text is coming across as shouting because it's all caps, and the letter spacing is huuuge.
Lose the pics of you, too. More a personal preference than anything, but I just think it makes portfolio sites feel like a blog.
