Depends on the type of work.... is it corporate? is it photography-based lifestyle marketing? Does it have a slickness or organic-ness?
I love looking at some photographer's print portfolios.... a company called "lost luggage" makes some nice ones...
I've seen lots of blurb books.. works well for some work, but some other work seems cheapened and diminished by the smoothness, the extra-glossy paper,etc... losing a feeling of connection,etc...
