Can we talk salary negotiation?

  Thanks d_rek!
  This will be as a new hire. I was told the salary range before the interview and the salary range is great. They told me they would better know where I fell on that range after the interview.

  The work will be extremely involved and I will have tons more responsibility than I do at my current job. The low end of the range is around 24K more than my current salary. They do not know this however. So am I in any position to negotiate or should I just take what they give me?
