Well yeah .. The thing with Irreversible is that fire extinguisher scene is so realistically shot that it made me nauseous. The rape scene was bad too. With this movie things look a bit fake so it's more gory Hostel like feel to it. So yes, there are more gory and shocking setups than in Irreversible.
