    @isakosmo - I agree, however, I think the website is looked at through what the 'client' is going to see. Most firms like Office want to be seen as creative partners and not as vendors or places that makes clients dreams come to reality. In doing a bit of self-authorship, they're establishing an authoritative tone. It's the same thing that you and I have seen time and time again, but for the C-level exec at Unilever, that stuff sounds pretty good.
