This was a great direction.
Problem: Dell (Sony, etc.) seem to make a decently designed product every few years. BUT they charge as much as a Mac for it, then abandon it, either for something completely new or just drop it. Stupid.
Solution - Apple has shown us brilliant simplicity - make a few products well, continue to refine them over and over and over. Smart.
Copy Copy Copy - why can't Dell or Sony just copy this approach? It clearly works, Apple has nothing superior or really unique anymore, just a solid solution.
Is it managers just get hired/fired and their ideas get axed? So Adamo didnt' sell (it was damn expensive), but everyone agrees it was a great design. Why not refine it??
Stupid PC makers will make a Apple user out of me, I swear. Once Apple gets decent tech support I am gone.
