Wow. That's a shame. My son and i read all of the Redwall series together. i know he had one in the works, i wonder if it got finished.
i also wonder if this will pave the way to a Redwall movie. From what i heard, he was always resistant, wanting the stories to stay in kids imagination (even though he allowed those animated series, which were terrible). Depending on how they do it, and if they stay true to the books, it could be fantastic. Or, of course, an abomination.
Interesting fact: his descriptions of things are so rich and in depth because he originally started writing for blind kids, so he had to describe things to people who had no visual reference to go by
What a loss
- Amazon says "The Rogue Crew" will be released on May 5th. Hopefully it was done so that holdslocustsloth
