Dude, if it is a joke, be careful. My grandfather was a doctor in town. He knew that if they published a news of a suicide, would have some burials.
If you had seen your brother running toward a window, jump after talking with you'd know what to do. Talk to someone who loves you. Or with someone you respect. Listen to his voice.
