First off sorry...take what I am about to say with a grain of salt...

Secondly you may be FAILING at making potential employers compete for your employ. The fact that this has happened twice leads me to believe you are not asking the right questions and have the wrong mindset in the interview process.

The mindset should be a confident, yet not cocky "Convince me why I would want to work here?"

When interviewers ask you if you have any questions that should be your first, followed by "What is the financial outlook for this company over the next year and looking ahead to the next five years?" followed by "Let's go through what a day to day would be for me?"

Any bullshit or unfulfilling answers gets a big "Hi, Thanks for the consideration. I'm not certain this is the right environment for me to excel, learn, and work in based on......."

If it's bullshit in the interview....it's going to be awful day to day.

    Good Luck!

    • You don't want to sound arrogant though - there's a fine line at stake.lukus_W2
    • But at I definitely agree that interviews should be approached as if yr both two equals tasked with working out whether you're right for the job.lukus_W2
    • whether you're right for the job.lukus_W2
