    I will be an impartial mod. I will not allow personal feelings to sway my judgement. My moderator style will be invisible and minimising, to this end I will only take action when it is necessary and when I do it will be swift and discrete and I will manage the process personally with the incumbent to ensure they understand the reasons for the action and the opportunities that exist for their re-integration at a later date.
