I avoid all-nighters or late-lates on salary pay. If I was being paid big bonus or there was a possibility of being made partner due to working crazy hours (I'm looking at you banking & law) then I would definitely do it/consider it.
It's bad business to give your time away for free - that's probably what indirectly led the design industry to doing pitches for free.
Now if I'm getting paid to do crazy hours - that's a different story!
