  What do you guys think about pulling all nighters and not getting paid for it (on salary)? 3 consecutive all nighters every month, usually till 3 or 5am.

  • My compensation is taking the fourth day off. But I'm usually leaving the office around around 5 or 6am on that off day. Wasn't sure if this is the norm everywhere. Thanks for the input.bengerman
