    UPDATES!

    — updated design of add note / respond panels
    it's a little larger now than the previous popup, still not perfect, but better. you have to tap the textfield to get the keyboard because sencha doesn't support that yet.

    — addded bookmark / add note buttons show/hide
    tap the background to show/show the bookmark / add note buttons, cleans things up a little bit if they're not needed.

    — small cosmetic updates
    consistent background colors, lines, etc...

    Any feedback / feature request / bug report is always greatly appreciated.
