I have the appropriately full kit and have owned and operated it successfully for 40 years. When I was 5, I saw that my school friend had had the cut, and was immediately shocked at how dry it looked. I was glad I was still intact - the flesh on the glans is supposed to be kept covered and lubricated by the sebaceous glands that surround the tip, I reasoned then, and have done since. In rare cases, I went on to learn, surgery is preferable if the skin cannot be fully retracted, less than 1% of cases, I was sure.
