I don't think there's any factories for that in China. I always figured it's just some guy sitting with a couple of burners in his boyroom at his parents house.
But you're right of course, there's no real strictness about it there. They should ask Vena to come clean up the place. Make them feel guilty and all about fonts that are not theirs. ;)
