  You guys actually understand how WHOIS works and how ICANN works right? Many being Web Designers and such. All registrars are required to have accurate WHOIS information on file. This is a mandate of ICANN, not the registrars.

  GoDaddy, like many registrars have a privacy option that hides your information from the general public WHOIS lookup via proxy, but allows bodies like ICANN to access it. Some registrars charge for this, others are free.

  Plenty of reasons to rally against GoDaddy, but make sure its a valid one.
