watched the fall last night.
was nearly very very good, but messed it up towards the end, so it was just 'quite good'. My very accurate scientific scale has many 'goods', rather good, pretty good, damn good etc.
Cinematography was stunning, beautiful colors and locations, couldn't fault it. The story was good, acting was very good (that little girl was amazing), but that shit stop motion half way through that just brought the quality of the whole film down. Why would you mix perfect beautiful cinematography with a bizarre stop motion scene. They did not work together well at all - which i assume was the point, to be a contrast to the movie, but that scene personally wasnt to my liking.
