    This is how this shit went down from day fucking one.

    Sergey and/or Larry: "Hey Eric Schmidt, let us ride your connected ass coat tails, until we fucking grow up enough to understand how to deal with other BIG business people, considering we are geeks and have no real business experience."

    Schmidt: "OK, guys, you can do that, give me about 10 million shares at 50 cents a pop, and within 10 years, oust me, I will cash those shares in for nearly $626"
