i am now a CD but spent much time as an AD and have worked with the best and worst of both. before i was an AD i promised myself i would not be like the other AD i had worked for, the cunts that have no clue how to execute what they are asking you to execute, and mostly play the lips on asshole role and take credit for everyone elses work - i have and always will be hands on and cultivate as much talent from my team as possible.
