    I'd like the ipad to have higher resolution but I don't think that's gonna happen simply because they would need to double the resolution (just like they did with iPhone in order to maintain backwards compatibility with iPad 1) and I REALLY doubt they will be putting a 2048x1536 on there..

    Apple really doesn't give a shit about SD card so I don't think that's gonna happen for sure.. they will be happy, however to sell you an adapter so you can connect an SD card reader to it through their proprietary port.
