meh, so they might have been 'inspired' by your tagline.
I really don't think that's anywhere near 'rip' territory — certainly not enough to warrant making mention of it on an industry-focused public forum. Speaks a little of desperation or egoism.
Besides, as already mentioned, I suspect that tagline has been used elsewhere, previously, if not in the same form.
