they are very militant about it... I'll admit, I was looking into doing one about a year ago as a give away for a new "green" property development and when contacting a few companies about pricing, they looked at the design, which was the tree shape but branded for the development, the companies basically wouldn't even touch it since it was a tree and they advised we change the design...
contacted the Little Tree company directly to see if they produced custom ones and well, they don't really, I think I could put a logo on one but that's about it..
