when I was on my Ba and Ma I did all my own work...
now I get to lead creatively 3 or 4 projects and just overlook the work going on and make sure that the quality is good, which I prefer.
It depends on the person, I think Ive taught the people I work with pretty well. I have never been called c**t, not to my face anyhow.
I think that if you think your AD has stuff to teach you then you respect him. My CD has taught me loads, he doesnt even know what flash is, and he has my upmost respect, because he has been there and done that.
