Also, next time you hear some hysterical shit on TV, radio or the web...like "Obama is a Marxist" or "black helicopters from teh UN are coming to steal your bodily fluids" maybe the correct response is to question that shit instead of unquestionably believing it.

After all, if someone wants to misinform you, it's usually a sign they don't have your best interests in mind.

    • and to question how is healthcare a right..right?
      ********
    • That's simply stating which policy you support. "I believe healthcare should be a right."
      ********
    • Which is the same as saying "I believe taxes should be lower" and pretty different from "Obama is imposing a Communist government" or some shit
      ********
    • Communist government" or some shit
      ********
    • and what is you reasoning for that. besides you wanting it to be
      ********
    • You don't see the difference? The first two are simply stating policies you approve of.
      ********
    • Anyway, this whole idea that both sides would be equally bad...that is very rarely the case in life.
      ********
    • huh? i didnt state policy. and im more interested in your reasonign why its a right, how u define right and such
      ********
    • At some point, you gotta be able to judge these things and quit pussyfooting around.
      ********
    • and also do u know the reasons why peopel disagree with your views and do u consdier those
      ********
    • Disagreement is fine. Let's all disagree and then argue calmly and rationally.
      ********
    • what havent i passed judgement on?
      ********
    • But when you start throwing out stuff that is blatantly not true, that's where you draw the line.
      ********
    • You refuse to acknowledge that the Tea Party/ far right gets more hysterical and extreme in their rhetoric than the other side.
      ********
    • side does...when it seems obvious to me that they do
      ********
    • yes they promote mass hysteria. i didnt disagree ever. but i also think the hope slogan was a mass hysteria
      ********
    • mass hysterai pandering on idividual fear, and mass hysteria pandering to what peopel hoped for
      ********
    • both methods used for same motives. I dont choose a side becuase i think both are wrong
      ********
    • and i think to choose any side is wrong. its liek voting for a bill with a million earmarks. i dont have to choose
      ********
    • lol, kind of a stretch I'd say though. Being filled with hope doesn't typically provoke mass murder.
      ********
    • nor does beign filled with fear. both cases mass murder hasnt happened. and both sides can easily be said to have caused this single case
      ********
    • this current case
      ********
    • do peopel react with violence mroe out fo fear. yes. but did the hope campaign create the market for the fear campign that u claim created violence
      ********
    • that created the violence. thats why the thinkign is wrong to blame someone for anothers actions
      ********
