  The problem of opening a new account is when they verify the credit card, they see the adress associated to it. And its impossible to get a new credit card associated to another adress, i think.

  I dont know what to do. I know it will hurt when i will want to buy something on a website that only use Paypal. Or next time i want to buy something on eBay, wich is a couple time a year.

  • Was assuming you were only banned from using Pay Pal for yourself. Blocking you from buying things with a credit card seems strange.mg33
