- i think its fucked, as in not gettin better. tried new stretches, new exercises, new shoes etc. no luckwhereRI
- Do you have the option to see a physical therapist? Cycling helped me most when healing a torn ligament in my left knee.nthkl
- Also, strength training only to the knee at the gym, though I know it's frustrating. Boo. :(nthkl
