I think it is too tight for you RAE. A small C on the Mc will certainly help as said.ALSO... The heavy slabs on the serif makes the whole thing a little clumsy...
Well, let's put it this way: I think you should convert to curves and play in illy a bit more with your typeface so (a) it is truly a logo and you can miss the compass if you need too and (b) you can adjust the serifs or even use a ligature somewhere to avoid clashing or bringing you RA closer to each other.
One more thing... you could incorporate the colour to the type as well.Hope it helps!
