Like the direction (yes, I know), but a couple of suggestions.
You could move the NE/SW arrows outwards so they sit at the same place as the other 2, relative to the circle. But saying that, a compass only has one pointer, so how about simpler, compass-like markers rather than points in all directions? You could retain the NE pointer emphasising the onward/upward/positive/future BS.
I'd definitely make the first C lower case, this would help with the overall heavy feel of it.
