  From the first 2 minutes its clear its very simple stuff, not difficult to create at all.

  But 53 minutes of simple key framing? thats a pretty huge project.
  Its very hard to estimate how long that would take. (AFAIK) The general practice is to first time line and storyboard the animation, then that can inform you of what content is needed, how complex certain scenes will be etc hopefully giving you a much better grip on the project as a whole.

  If you're not able to do storyboards at the moment (cant think why that would be though), id suggest you do a trial run and see how long it takes you to do 3/4/5 minutes and go from there.
