cant remember whos blog site it was on here recently, but the dude had a nice glowing look on his digi pics....
"yes, the photos are mostly manipulated.
I duplicate the image layer, gaussian blur (radius=3-6px), set blending to "overlay, and reduce opacity to around 50%, and add white border layer"

gives em quite a nice glow/lomo style look if you are into fukin with the pics :)
