  I fail to see why not? If you can present concepts to clients on an iPad, why wouldn't you at an interview? Especially, if you have pieces of work you cannot leave with the prospective employer (nda, etc.).

  Are you kidding? It's even better if you can show a working website on iPad—goes to show your cross-platform deployment skills.
